October is fire safety month: We will be talking about safety. Heroes and workers in the community as well as weather changes.

Story: Planting a Garden.
Use a mat or towel.
Bare feet if best or skid resistant socks.
Hydrate with a bottle of water and listen to your body (don't over do it).
An afterschool/or beginning routine that allows teens to wind down for the evening or jumpstart the morning. Reflect on the day. Prepare for tomorrow. Any time they are full of feelings and emotions.

Because you only have 10 minutes, why not take a little time out for you. As a Elementary Education Teacher, I understand there are not that many hours in a day, more or less your day.
Take 10 minutes for your self-care, sometimes a breather is what you need to step away, regroup and recharge your day.
